How we rate roles
Each role gets a 0–100 score and a letter grade. Every input comes from the job posting itself, the company's own job board, or a public stock listing. We never guess. If something isn't posted, it scores 0 for that part and the card says "not posted". The full breakdown is on every card.

✔ Verified by a sales recruiter. This badge appears only after our recruiter has personally reviewed the role or spoken with the company. It is shown separately and never changes the score.
What we don't use (yet)
- Employer review sites (e.g., RepVue, Glassdoor): we only add these if we can pull the data reliably. Today we can't, so they aren't in the score.
- Repost history and quota-attainment data: not public in a form we can verify.
The weights live in one config file, so they can be tuned. If they change, this page and every grade update together.
